The Deluxe Santa Claus Letter is perfect if you would like to add more personalised details. Whether it be you’ve moved house, your child has questions for Santa or you have a new cat named Pickles – Santa can write about these in your Deluxe Santa Letter!

In this year's letter, Santa writes about the Marshmallow's Magical Christmas Carnival arriving at the North Pole whilst also weaving in your custom details. The envelope has two new stamps as well. Please note, some photos with children show the 2022 Santa letter.

Please note, if your order contains only letters, recipes, tokens items are sent by tracked letter postage within Australia. Letters are delivered every second day by Australia Post. Choose Express Post for quicker delivery, or Parcel Post is recommended when you add items like decorations or countdowns.

Also, letters can be customised from Father Christmas and up to three children can be included in one letter.

Up to three children can be included in the one letter from Santa.

eg. we have moved house, my child is giving up their dummy, my child's Grandpa passed away and they loved decorating the tree with him, we have a new pet dog, my child drew Santa a picture of a reindeer, we met Santa at Santaland or my child asked Santa what his favourite food is.

eg. baking gingerbread with Nanna, reading The Jolly Christmas Postman, placing a present under the giving tree, making paper snowflakes with your mama

eg. Yes and my child included a drawing of a snowman or no.

How it works

How it works:

- Fill in your child’s name, age, gender and address. The address can be made up and head this way for magical address inspiration.
- Santa Claus will type a letter and it’ll be packed by the Post Elves.
- The letter will arrive to your postal address packed inside an Australia Post envelope. Your letter addressed to your child will be inside and you can place it somewhere in the house for them to find, like under the Christmas tree or by the chimney.
- Your letter will arrive unsealed so you can read it and if there are any issues get in touch. You can then seal the letter and place the letter in a spot for your child to find.

Features:

- The A5 (148mm × 210mm) letter from Santa Claus is printed on 200gsm matte paper, with Santa’s official letterhead at the top.
-The letter is folded in half and placed in the envelope.The envelope is C6 size (114mm x 162mm) and is 120gsm.
- The envelope includes your child’s name and address (supplied by you) and the official North Pole Post logo and stamps.
- All letters are sent with Australia Post and come with tracking. You can also upgrade to express postage at checkout.
- If you chose a digital proof, this will be emailed to you to approve before your letter is printed. Please note, add us to your approved email list and also check your spam/junk folders.
- Letters can be customised to be from Santa Claus or Father Christmas.

The most magic Christmas surprise!

We order a Deluxe Santa letter every year and my kids absolutely love receiving it (as do I). Attention to detail is next level - right down to the envelope and trimmings. It's truely magical! If I didn't know it myself I'd think it had come straight from the North Pole! Jana is a beautiful writer and always captures our message perfectly.
