North Pole Post orders are shipped from Adelaide, Australia with our postal carrier Australia Post. Both international and domestic orders come with tracking. There is free standard shipping on orders over $135 within Australia.
The times below are for delivery only, processing of your order can take 12 to 21 business days for personalised items. Also contact us if you live in a country we don't currently deliver to and we can chat!
Tarrifs and duties on international orders
International delivery costs do not include any customs fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs or any other charges that may be applied in your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility. The elves are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, the elves recommend contacting your local customs office or post office for details before placing your order.
