Can you imagine your child receiving a personalised letter from Santa Claus? That is the magic of North Pole Post! The Classic Santa Claus Letter is perfect to receive in the lead-up to Christmas, so pop it in your little one's Christmas box or Advent calendar during the festive season.

In this year's letter, Santa writes about Peanut the cheeky penguin and where the North Pole magic comes from, plus the envelope has two new stamps. Letters can be customised from Father Christmas and up to three children can be included in one letter. Please note, the photos with children in them show the 2022 Santa letter. 

Free tracked postage within Australia, though express post is recommended for quicker delivery.

How it works

How it works:

- Fill in your child’s name, age, gender and address. The address can be made up and head this way for magical address inspiration.
- Santa Claus will type a letter and it’ll be packed by the Post Elves.
- The letter will arrive to your postal address packed inside an Australia Post envelope. Your letter addressed to your child will be inside and you can place it somewhere in the house for them to find, like under the Christmas tree or by the chimney.
- Your letter will arrive unsealed so you can read it and if there are any issues get in touch. You can then seal the letter and place the letter in a spot for your child to find.

Features:

- The A5 (148mm × 210mm) letter from Santa Claus is printed on 200gsm matte paper, with Santa’s official letterhead at the top.
-The letter is folded in half and placed in the envelope.The envelope is C6 size (114mm x 162mm) and is 120gsm.
- The envelope includes your child’s name and address (supplied by you) and the official North Pole Post logo and stamps.
- All letters are sent with Australia Post and come with tracking. You can also upgrade to express postage at checkout.
- If you chose a digital proof, this will be emailed to you to approve before your letter is printed. Please note, add us to your approved email list and also check your spam/junk folders.
- Letters can be customised to be from Santa Claus or Father Christmas.

Perfect attention to detail

I absolutely loved this Christmas letter and so did my children! Jana even added a little mention of their baby brother, which I hadn't included in my notes, but was such a lovely thoughtful detail. My daughter read this letter daily in the lead up to Christmas! Thanks for making their festive season even more magical :)

A sprinkle of Magic

This is the first time I purchased a Santa letter from Jana and I am absolutely thrilled with the sprinkle of magic her letter brought to my household. From the moment my boys (5 and 7) discovered it in the mailbox their excitement filled my whole heart. Absolutely magical!
