North Pole Post will attempt to ship all products within two to four business days of purchase dependent on when you approve your order. North Pole Post will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
North Pole Post is not responsible for VAT or customs charges in country.
Products purchased from North Pole Post may be returned within 30 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and be in new condition and in the original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorised by emailing hohoho[at]northpolepost.co. North Pole Post will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the return. Actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 5 days of delivery will be subject to respective vendor warranty policies. restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
Unfortunately we can not accept returns for custom items. however, if there is a problem with your product when it arrives please contact North Pole Post and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours.
