I’m Tinsel the Elf and I thought I would share a bit about what happens here at the North Pole. My main role is to sort all the letters to Santa Claus from children around the world.
Each letter is read by Santa Claus himself and he writes back on his vintage typewriter, of course!
After that Post Elves pack and deliver letters to sprinkle magic during Christmastime. Our personalised letters are cherished by children and parents alike.
The story behind North Pole Post
North Pole Post was created by me, Jana Rushforth or Tinsel the Elf. I’m an author, illustrator and mama. I made the first North Pole Post letter for my then six-year-old son to bring magic to the festive season.
After sharing the letter, people began asking on Instagram where they could purchase one, so North Pole Post was born!
It brings me such joy to create all the products you find in the shop, and I cannot wait to make a magical letter for your child.
